The song talks about not only how the woman coped with it but also her husband. This song is very motivational and also sad. The song relates to the story of many women’s lives that have to suffer through breast cancer. She also talks about how cancer doesn’t pick who its victim is.
Martina was inspired by her mom to write this song. She was battling breast cancer at the time. When they began writing the song they called her mom to talk to her about her experience. That is where they got the lyrics about her husband holding and loving her through it.

This is a very good song and I absolutely can relate to how someone feels when a family member has cancer. Good choice!
