This past week “The Trouble with Girls” by Scotty McCreery is number nineteen on the chart. He was the most recent American Idol winner and has become another known name in country music. His other big single was “I Love You this Big,” this was the first single he had. He performed this song the night that he took the title American Idol.

This song talks about exactly what the title says “The trouble with Girls.” It is a very catchy song that is a lot different from other songs that are on the radio. I like the beat of this song because it is different. However, the topic is very similar to some of the other songs that are being played on the radio. Many songs now talk about relationship problems and this song is very comparable.

“You Gonna Fly” by Keith Urban is currently the number two song according to billboard.com. This song is one of many of Keith’s top songs. He has many songs that have been top songs but they are all very different. This song is a very up beat and happy song.

 This song has a pretty straight forward meaning. It talks about how he is starting a new beginning with a girl. I really like how positive this song is and the mood of it. It also sounds like he is talking about how he is going to succeed when he says “you gonna fly with me.” This is one of my favorite songs because of the lyrics.

The Band Perry is made up of three siblings; Kimberly Perry, Neil Perry, and Reid Perry. They began singing at a young age, Kimberly was the oldest and the first to start singing. Her brothers often helped her out and eventually began performing with her.

The song “All Your Life” is currently the top country song according to Billboard.com. This is one of four songs that have appeared on the top charts. Other top songs include; “Hip to My Heart,” “If I Die Young,” and “You Lie. Clara Henningsen wrote this song when she was eighteen, “I sat out on the porch of our old farm house south of Nashville and wrote most of the song. It started out to be just a sweet love song about a girl asking a boy to prove his love,” she says. This song isn’t the typical country song people usually think of. It is a very up beat and fast song.
